The surface control system is a critical component of the hydraulic intelligent completion system, enabling precise and remote control of downhole intelligent flow control devices. It is designed to monitor, adjust, and optimize oil and gas production through real-time hydraulic control.
Equipped with a control cabinet, the system allows manual or automated operation to adjust downhole valves, record operational data, and manage hydraulic fluid usage efficiently. The system supports both pneumatic and electric power sources, offering flexibility based on operational needs.
For enhanced functionality, the system can be integrated into a central control room or operated remotely, enabling efficient multi-well management. It also features data logging via USB storage, capturing pressure values, shifting history, and hydraulic fluid consumption for analysis and optimization.
Built for harsh environments, the surface control system operates within a temperature range of -30 to 60°C and a humidity tolerance of ≤80%, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions. Additionally, its explosion-proof rating (ExdIIB T6 Gb) guarantees safety in hazardous areas, making it a robust and dependable solution for intelligent well operations.
