The Single-Zone Gravel Pack System is designed for high-rate gravel packing with a mechanically reliable design. It consists of:
- Sump Packer
- Top Packer
- Accessories, including sliding sleeves, seal bores, etc.
This system is suitable for both single-zone and multi-zone completions and is not limited by the interval between perforations, making it ideal for long-span wells and high-rate operations.
With a larger wash pipe ID and a shorter trip distance between circulation and reverse circulation positions, the system allows for efficient reverse-washing at high pump rates, reducing the risk of getting stuck.
Additionally, the system can be weighted down during pumping to stabilize the string. The sliding sleeve can be closed by simply picking up the tool, effectively preventing completion fluid loss into the formation.
