The WTBR Retrievable Seal-Bore Packer is a high-performance, intermediate- to high-pressure packer designed for multiple applications, including production, injection, fracturing, stimulation, and gravel packing. This packer can be set using either a hydraulic tool or wireline, making it an excellent choice for deviated and directional wells, where running a mechanically set packer is challenging.
This packer is retrievable using a retrieving tool installed on a work string. If standard retrieval is not possible, the external rotationally locked components allow for milling removal.
For applications requiring a larger bore, the WTBR packer can be equipped with an upper larger seal bore head, which has a bigger ID than the packer mandrel. This configuration supports the use of a short seal assembly and latch locator to enhance flexibility in various well conditions.
