The Torrent Non-rotating hydraulic liner hanger is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. A setting ball is circulated or dropped to the ball seat in the landing collar. Applied pressure acts on the internal piston and pushes slips up the cone to the set position. It's capable of hanging extremely heavyliners. The dramatic increase in hanging capacity is due to unique design ofSlip and Cone.
